About Workshops & Retreats
Yoga is a multi-dimensional practice and needs to be taught as a whole and not as a part, keeping this in mind, Prasad’s yoga workshops and retreats fall under a broad umbrella of four heads covering all aspects of Yoga. Workshops usually are half day or full day and residential retreats are anywhere between 2 to 5 days.
Under this section workshops encompassing the physical aspects,anatomyphysiology, movement and functional mechanics are covered. Some topics on which Prasad delivers workshops are
